Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our priority is complete customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with the services provided, we will issue a refund, provided your concerns are genuine and verified through an investigation. We encourage you to review the terms and conditions of each service carefully before availing them.

Cancellation Policy

If a customer changes their mind after availing of our services, we are not obligated to cancel the service. However, if the customer requests to put the service on hold, we will retain the fees paid for up to one year from the date of payment.

Before processing any refund, we will make every effort to complete the service. If the service remains incomplete after receiving a refund request, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount, along with any earned fees and fees paid to the government or third parties, will be applicable.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued if we fail to provide the service after conducting an internal investigation. Customers must submit a refund request via email at info@onlinealertindia.com.

Once a service has been rendered and fees are earned by the company, refunds will not be provided due to the time, effort, and resources invested by our team, which are non-recoverable. Processing fees, payment gateway charges, administrative fees, and resource costs incurred for the service will be deducted from any eligible refund. Additionally, payments made to government bodies, such as filing fees or taxes, as well as fees paid to third parties involved in processing the order, are non-refundable.

Ungovernable Factors

The outcome of a specific process or service cannot be guaranteed, as it depends on the relevant governing authorities. Approvals, rejections, or responses from government agencies, as well as technical issues with government websites, system backlogs, or other unforeseen delays, are beyond our control. As these factors are external to our operations, they do not qualify for a refund.

Force Majeure

Brighht India shall not be held responsible for any breach of its satisfaction guarantee policy or default under any terms of service. Additionally, we will not be liable for any cessation, interruption, or delay in fulfilling our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to earthquakes, floods, fires, storms, lightning, droughts, landslides, hurricanes, cyclones, typhoons, tornadoes, natural disasters, acts of God, epidemics, famines, plagues, legal actions, changes in law, explosions, wars, terrorism, armed conflicts, labor strikes, lockouts, boycotts, or any other unforeseen events (each referred to as a “Force Majeure Event”).
